Q: Can I collect my item from you?
A: Collections are NOT Possible! We Are An Online Company and deliver direct from the main manufacturers and distributors and dispatch direct to your door step!
Q: How long does delivery normally take for Bathroom Products?
A: We aim to Dispatch all items as fast as possible normally within 1-7 working days. The courier companies we use specialise in Delivering Bathroom products and take extra care when delivering goods to our customers. The couriers will normally have items delivered within 3-7 working days after they are in receipt of the goods, delivery times can vary depending upon your location. We are unable to guarantee delivery times, please check our terms, shipping and returns policies before placing your order.
Q: Can I pay by credit / debit card over the phone?
A: No, currently we only accept online payments through the Paypal System
Q: Can I pay using Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Transfer?
A: No, we only accept credit / debit card or Paypal!

There is only one small delivery cost per order at JTSpas.com.
So it doesn't matter how many items you buy as there will only be one delivery cost per order.
